Refunds and Returns

If there is an issue with the final product, please don’t hesitate to contact me and I will gladly assist. For most of my products, I offer a 30 day money back policy (starting when you receive your blanket) however, for personalized blankets they are final sale. Should you not be completely happy with your product simply send me an email, and courier back the product. Depending on the issue; I will repair/amend the product, exchange or return your funds. The originally purchased product must be in the same condition as when it was purchase otherwise the return/exchange is rendered invalid.
